This position requires a minimum of 5 years in medical billing and collections management experience within the healthcare industry, to include knowledge of third part hospital and third party physican billing and collections, technical and professional patient billing and collections with the emphasis on customer service. Requirements: (Education) college graduate with a degree in management or business administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years management experience. Must have extensive State, Federal abd commercial billing knowledge required. 2 years of medical collections experience, FDCPA knowledge is required
Las Vegas, NV $50K-$60K 1001 Medical Billing Specialist Responsible for the analysis of patient records and determining the legitimacy of treatment, diagnostic testing, admissions, etc. Must have a detailed knowledge and understanding of ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS coding classification systems. Knowledge of computerized billing software (e.g. MDX, Medisoft, IDX, Edicom, Meditech, HBOC, Prime Clinical, Primus, Medical Manager, etc) is required. CMB or CMBS certification a plus. Metro Detroit Area $20.00 Hrly rate
